I have never recognized why Lew quality allowed it,I think he saw the rushes and the standard is so weak (as a result my 8mm jibe) you think he might have spat out his Monticristo and instructed them to reshoot if only for the American market as that they had American potential customers.I may don't forget a great deal of courses created by Granada
